All orders are shipped from the U.S.

Shipping Times:
Times are subject to change based on postal needs.

• Within the U.S.: 3–6 business days
• International: 10–16 business days
• Other countries: 12–25 business days
• Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after you place them.

Regional Notice:
At this time, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

• Russia

• Ukraine

Combining Orders

If you need to combine orders or add something, we can cancel your current order, issue a refund, and you can place a new one. Just a heads-up: if anything is sold out, it won't be available for the new order.

Missing Orders:
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to locate your package or offer a suitable solution. Please notify us within a week of the expected delivery date so we can assist you promptly.
